Salt & Pepper Shrimp

This is a recipe from Laura Calder's from French Food At Home series that ran on the Food Network.

Serves 4 to 6

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
24 medium peeled Prawns
1 teaspoon sea salt or fluer de sel
1 tablespoon cracked peppercorns

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the prawns, tossing the pan to coat, then immediately add the salt and pepper.
Keep tossing until the shrimp have turned pink and curled, 2 to 3 minutes.
Slide onto a plate, pierce with toothpicks, and serve straight away.
